The GlaCerHub project is pleased to invite researchers, PhD students, research managers, innovation professionals, and all interested participants to the fourth event of the Second Cycle of the GlaCerHub Training Programme.

This three-day on-site training will provide participants with practical knowledge and hands-on insights into technology transfer, intellectual property rights, commercialisation of research results, and technology promotion. The programme combines conceptual frameworks with real-life use cases delivered by experts from INVENIAM.

Day 1 – Wednesday, 30 September 2026
Module 1: Introduction to Technology Transfer (TT)

  • What is Technology Transfer? Basic notions and workflows
  • Assessing market willingness and creating value from research
  • Interactive discussions and Q&A

Day 2 – Thursday, 1 October 2026

Morning – Module 2: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

  • Basic principles and types of Intellectual Property Rights
  • Identifying patentable research outputs
  • Patent drafting and filing procedures

Afternoon – Module 3: Commercial and Legal Aspects of Technology Transfer
Delivered by Gilad Luria, PhD and Elena Canetti, MBA (INVENIAM)

  • Evaluating technologies with high commercial potential
  • Marketing research outcomes and commercialisation pathways
  • Legal aspects of technology transfer

Day 3 – Friday, 2 October 2026

Module 4: Fundamentals of Technology Promotion
Delivered by Jesús Purroy, PhD (INVENIAM)

  • Market research and industry trend analysis
  • Creating an effective pitch deck
  • Delivering a compelling technology pitch
  • Key take-home messages from the training programme

Throughout the training, participants will gain valuable knowledge on transforming research results into innovation, protecting intellectual property, assessing market opportunities, and effectively communicating technologies to potential stakeholders.
