
On 29 May 2026, the on-line Hub Board meeting of the GlaCerHub project was successfully held under the leadership of Peter Hošták, Hub Office Manager, together with representatives of project partners and associated partners.
The meeting focused on key topics connected with the ongoing development and sustainability of the GlaCerHub initiative. Participants discussed current research and innovation strategic activities, future planning, and approaches towards achieving long-term financial self-sufficiency of the Hub.

An important part of the discussion was dedicated to the training programme currently being implemented within the project. The Hub Board also reviewed progress in technology transfer activities, with emphasis on supporting innovation uptake and practical application of project outcomes.
Another significant topic was dissemination and communication of project results and activities. Representatives exchanged information about ongoing promotional actions, visibility of project achievements, and planned communication initiatives aimed at strengthening stakeholder engagement and international cooperation.
Within the project management section, participants discussed organizational matters and planned activities for the upcoming months. Special attention was given to preparations for the forthcoming Slovak Melting Days event, which represents one of the key upcoming activities connected with the project and its networking objectives.
The meeting confirmed the strong commitment of all partners to continue active cooperation and to further strengthen the impact and sustainability of the GlaCerHub project.
