The programme is designed for researchers, project managers, and innovation leaders who want to strengthen their skills in grant proposal development, project management, and talent development.

Programme Overview

Day 1 – Tuesday, September 23

Research Projects Development and Management I.
Led by Zuzana Reptová

  • Grant Proposal Development: Key competencies, funding sources, and strategies for building strong consortiums.
  • Academic and Technical Writing: Crafting clear, compelling, and funder-compliant proposals.

Day 2 – Wednesday, September 24

Research Projects Development and Management II. (morning)
Led by Zuzana Reptová & Peter Hošták

  • Principles of project management, project lifecycle stages, and setting measurable objectives.

Building Capacities for Sustainable Innovation I. (afternoon)
Led by Gabriela Čičmancová

  • Talent management for innovation: recruitment, retention,     learning, and diversity in research teams.

Day 3 – Thursday, September 25

Building Capacities for SustainableInnovation II.
Led by Zuzana Reptová

  • R&I policy landscape: socially responsible research and innovation, the European Green Deal, UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Preparing for FP10 and exploring transnational funding schemes.

Meet the Lecturers

  • Zuzana Reptová – Project consultant at Addsen with expertise in Horizon Europe, ERC, and MSCA funding. Former NCP and national expert in R&I programme committees.
  • Gabriela Čičmancová – HR leader and consultant with 20+ years of international experience, specializing in HR transformation, talent development, and people strategy.
  • Peter Hošták – Head of project management and support at FunGlass, contributing to €35M in successfully acquired funding for international research projects.
