The programme combines theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, interactive discussions, and collaborative learning, creating an environment in which participants can explore the challenges of entrepreneurship and strategic management in practice.
What can participants expect?
Throughout the three days, participants will have the opportunity to explore key aspects of business development and strategic management, including:
A particular highlight of the programme will be the CAPSIM Capstone Simulation, which will encourage participants to work in teams and make a series of interconnected strategic and operational decisions. The training is particularly relevant for researchers, PhD students, academics, innovators, and other participants interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology transfer, and the commercialisation of research results.
