This meeting followed the IIB online session.

Blahomír Skoupý welcomed the HubBoard members and presented the meeting Agenda – Implementation of the Work Packages Tasks in 2^nd Reporting Period and the Tasks for the 3^rd Reporting Period.

The GlaCerHub Innovation Chair, David Salamon, followed with a presentation of WP2 - Research and innovation strategic activities – focusing on:

• Status of the implementation of the joint R&I strategy and of the action plan for infrastructure development
• Status of WP2 ongoing tasks and relevant KPIs.

After a lunchbreak and photoshoot of in-person participants, Michaela Matejová together with Micheal Doležal presented the results of nearly finished first round of GlaCerHub Training Programme and consortium activities for attraction & retention of talent.

David Salamon with Elena Canetti and Jesús Purroy focused on WP4 tasks related to Support structures to promote tech transfer.

Presentation of WP5 was held by Peter Hošták who presented the efforts to define suitable sustainable and self-sufficient GlaCerHub after May 2027.

Blahomír Skoupý presented the WP6 - Project dissemination, and communication - showcased the ongoing effort to make GlaCerHub recognized on national and international field, including presence on Dresden ECerS XIX exhibition and conference with almost 1500 ceramic expert from the whole world.

Along the summary of KPIs - he mentioned also the new project video, that is present also on new GlaCerHub YouTube channel.

Brief summary of WP7 Project Management was delivered by Andrea Chrastinová focusing on presented:

• Project Monitoring and Reporting
• Plans for upcoming months and preparations for the end of the RP2 and second review meeting with our Project Officer.

At the end of the meeting, project manager Blahomír Skoupý thanked all in-person and online participants for their valuable contributions and closed the meeting.
