We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Training Programme starting in February 2025, developed as part of the GlaCerHub project.
The programme consists of eight onsite events: three focused on highly innovative research topics and five dedicated to soft skills, designed to equip researchers with the complementary expertise needed to transform cutting-edge research into commercially viable innovations.
Impact-Driven Research Excellence:
· Ceramography/ Materialography.
· Glass & Ceramics Processing.
· Additive/ Substractive Manufacturing of Glass and Ceramics.
Soft-skills:
Business- Oriented Training:
· IPR protection skills & Technology Transfer skills.
· Financial Literacy for Research Activities.
· Business plan preparation & Strategic Decision Making and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Enabling Competencies:
· Research Project Development and Management & Building Capacities for Sustainable Innovation.
· Advanced Topics in Research Project Management & Techno- economics and Life-cycle Management
Each event is a three-day training programme consisting of four consecutive half-day sessions. Participants may attend all soft skills events to receive a certificate of completion or choose individual modules based on their interests.
The target audience for this programme includes PhD students, researchers, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and regional government officials and anyone interested in these topics.
Participation in the events is free of charge.
