The online event was jointly organised by the Technology Centre Prague and the National Horizon Office of the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (CVTI SR). It introduced the main requirements of the new call, successful projects from previous calls and frequent comments raised by proposal evaluators.

Peter Hošták, Head of the European Projects Office at the FunGlass Centre, presented GlaCerHub as a successful example from the 2022 Excellence Hubs call. He explained how the project originated from the FunGlass innovation ecosystem and shared the main challenges encountered during proposal preparation. He also presented the project’s consortium, objectives and achievements in training, technology transfer, networking, infrastructure cooperation and the development of a joint Research and Innovation Strategy.

GlaCerHub was presented alongside two other successful Excellence Hubs projects. The webinar offered a valuable opportunity to share experience and good practices with organisations preparing proposals for the Excellence Hubs 2027 call.
