From Wednesday to Friday, attendees engaged in a series of insightful lectures focused on advanced topics in glass and ceramic materials. The sessions were delivered by esteemed experts from CEITEC BUT, FunGlass, and the Institute of Physics of Materials of the Czech Academy of Sciences (IPM CAS).

The training programme was structured into four thematic modules:

• Module 1 – Processing and Properties of Glass and Ceramic Powders
  
  
• Module 2 – Sintering and Densification of Ceramics
  
  
• Module 3 – Surface Treatments of Glass and Ceramics
  
  
• Module 4 – Properties and Applications of Glass and Ceramics
  
  

Participants appreciated the collegial atmosphere and high-quality presentations, which covered both fundamental principles and cutting-edge research in materials science. Modules 1 and 3 also featured engaging tutorials and concluding discussions that effectively synthesized key insights and encouraged further exploration.
