The CEITEC Postdoctoral EXperts (CEIPEX) programme aims to provide an attractive environment for postdoctoral mobility by focusing on a scientifically excellent and thematically coherent research institution with strong connections to the regional industrial sector.

The CEIPEX programme offers postdoctoral researchers up to three years of high-quality research training and career development in Brno, South Moravian Region (Czech Republic). It incorporates key features of the MSCA concept, including international networking, excellent and innovative research training, attractive knowledge-exchange opportunities, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility, and full-time employment with social and health security.

The programme aims to attract 20 postdoctoral researchers in total, who will conduct their projects across various departments and institutes within the CEIPEX consortium in Brno. Each fellowship will last 12 to 36 months, with 10 fellows to be selected in the 2025 call and another 10 in 2026.

Incoming international CEIPEX fellows will have the opportunity to propose projects that bridge disciplines within the CEITEC consortium, connect academia and industry, and receive tailored training to boost their future careers in both sectors.
